In the strategic development of Bilt Dining™, I led with the vision to bridge the gap between our members and their local culinary scenes. We aimed to turn locals into regulars, driving engagement and spend within the Bilt Neighborhood Rewards Network. This initiative is part of our broader Bilt Resident Rewards program, which touches over 3 million luxury apartments nationwide.
Design & Execution
The design of Bilt Dining™ was centered around a seamless integration of rewards into our members' dining experiences. With over $10 million in monthly points earned and a 28% increase in spend, we've crafted a system that benefits both diners and restaurants:
Seamless Pay with Points: A PoS integration that allows members to effortlessly use their points at Bilt Neighborhood Dining restaurants.
Data-Driven Engagement: Leveraging valuable data to inform on-site tactics that not only increase visits but also enhance check sizes.
Discover & Book: Through the Bilt Resident App, members can discover and reserve tables, earning 2x additional points on each visit, fostering loyalty and frequent bookings.
Results
The results speak for themselves: Bilt Dining™ has successfully increased visits and built brand equity for our network restaurants. Members are engaging more deeply with the program, evidenced by the substantial points credit spent at participating establishments. It's a testament to the power of a well-designed rewards program that aligns member incentives with partner success.
