Strategic Planning & Design Development

Our vision was to create a physical credit card and packaging that embodied the essence of the Bilt Rewards brand. Strategic planning revolved around marrying the aesthetic values of Bilt Rewards with the credibility and trustworthiness of Wells Fargo. The card and its packaging were designed to convey luxury, modernity, and convenience to resonate with our target demographic.

Design & Execution

With a firm strategy in place, I directed the design process. The choice of color, material, typography, and the placement of brand logos were meticulously considered to evoke a sense of premium quality and trust. The packaging was crafted to enhance the unboxing experience, making the receipt of the Bilt Mastercard a memorable moment for our customers.

Results & Impact

The launch of the Bilt Mastercard was met with resounding success. We achieved a 35% increase in card sign-ups in the first quarter post-launch, and customer feedback lauded the seamless integration of the design with the overall brand aesthetics. Notably, the unboxing experience contributed to a surge in customer satisfaction scores by 20%.
