Strategic Planning & Leadership

The creation of Rent Day™ was a deliberate fusion of user-centric design and strategic business alignment. Our ambition was to craft an experience that not only rewards but also resonates deeply with our community, making the act of rent payment a moment of anticipation and joy.

Identifying the potential to turn rent into a rewarding experience, I led the charge to align this initiative with our broader business goals. This strategic endeavor was about understanding our members' desires for value and engagement and translating that into a compelling, loyalty-driving experience.

Design & Execution

The design and execution of Rent Day™ required meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. From the initial wireframes to the final rollout, every element was crafted to create a seamless and engaging user experience. We introduced a series of monthly benefits that not only offered value but also a sense of excitement and community:

  • August ‘23: A tiered transfer bonus with Virgin Red, designed to maximize point utility.

  • September ‘23: A reinvigorated partnership with SoulCycle, offering exclusive Rent Day Rides.

  • October ‘23: Tailored Football Sunday Experiences, merging the thrill of the game with the joy of rewards.

Results

The impact of Rent Day™ has been significant and measurable. With each new benefit, we've seen heightened engagement and an increase in member satisfaction.
