My journey began with creating the visual identity for Bilt, designing a brand that would resonate with our target audience and stand as a testament to our innovative approach. From there, I helmed the website redesign project, utilizing my strategic expertise to outline a comprehensive plan that balanced user needs with business objectives. My vision was clear - to seamlessly guide our substantial visitor base of 1.5M monthly users towards becoming Bilt members and Bilt Mastercard holders.
Design & Execution
Building upon the established brand, I set the creative direction for the website, prioritizing an intuitive, user-centric design that streamlined the user's journey from visitor to member. I led the team through numerous design iterations, usability tests, and refinements, ensuring our final design not only encapsulated Bilt's brand identity but also fostered trust, conveyed modernity, and strategically promoted user engagement towards conversion points.
Results
Post-launch, the revamped Bilt website, reflecting the unique brand identity I designed, significantly improved user engagement and conversion rates. Within the first three months, we witnessed a 50% increase in conversions to Bilt memberships and a 45% increase in Bilt Mastercard sign-ups. User feedback was positive, indicating a more engaging and effective user experience.
