The nature of our value offering, groundbreaking as it was, posed significant challenges in terms of flow optimization. The goal was to create an integrated space housing an Optical Lab, Showroom, and Eye exam facilities under one roof, all designed to facilitate a swift, streamlined customer experience.
Execution & Space Design:
The design strategy focused on optimizing user journey and scenario mapping from a customer-centric perspective. After solidifying the user workflow and customer journeys, numerous explorations were conducted into the floor plan layout. Every inch of the store was meticulously planned to ensure a seamless transition from eye exams to selecting and receiving prescription eyewear.
Results & Impact:
The flagship store, upon its launch, was an immediate success. Within the first quarter, the store serviced over 10,000 customers, with 98% of them successfully receiving their prescription eyewear within the promised 30-minute timeframe. The store design effectively bolstered Heywear's unique value proposition, leading to a significant increase in brand awareness and customer loyalty.
